Job summary

PrimeBox, a fast-growing self-storage and logistics company in Dubai, is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager to manage financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, monitor cash flow, and provide financial insights to management.

You will handle day-to-day finance operations, budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning, while delivering actionable financial analysis to support strategic decisions in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with accounting/financial systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial records and day-to-day finance processes.
• Prepare P&L, Cash Flow, and management reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable and cash flow.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
• Prepare financial analysis and insights for management.
• Monitor key financial KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
