• Manage cost accounting, production costing, inventory valuation, and margin analysis to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures in line with corporate goals.
• Monitor key financial performance indicators, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Lead financial planning for production, procurement, and capital expenditures.
• Coordinate audits, financial reviews, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance skills and performance.
