Job summary

Careers International in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Manager Finance & Accounts to independently run the complete finance function for our plastic manufacturing facility. The role covers financial reporting, banking, cash flow, VAT, inventory control and administration while partnering with senior management.

The candidate will oversee end-to-end banking operations, prepare monthly financials and MIS, monitor cash flow, coordinate statutory audits and manage accounts payable/receivable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce (CA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Tally, MIS reporting, VAT, banking and inventory accounting.
• Experience with statutory audits and cash flow management.
• Ability to independently manage the finance department and support business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end banking operations including facilities, loans, fund transfers and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, accruals, provisions and closing stock valuation.
• Monitor daily cash flow and working capital movements.
• Coordinate payroll, HR administration, recruitment and employee documentation.

Location: Abu Dhabi UAE Industry: Plastic Manufacturing Salary: AED Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager Finance & Accounts to independently manage the complete finance function for our plastic manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. The role involves financial reporting banking cash flow management VAT inventory control and administration while working closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end banking operations including bank facilities LC/TR loans fund transfers and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly financial statements MIS reports accruals provisions and closing stock valuation.

• Monitor daily cash flow working capital and inter-bank fund movements.

• Prepare quarterly VAT workings and coordinate statutory audits.

• Oversee accounts receivable collections supplier payments and payable management.

• Supervise stores and inventory including stock verification and reconciliation in Tally.

• Review general ledger entries and ensure compliance with financial controls.

• Coordinate payroll visa renewals HR administration recruitment and employee documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting or Commerce (CA/ACCA/CMA preferred).

• Minimum 710 years of experience in Finance & Accounts preferably in manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of Tally MIS reporting VAT banking and inventory accounting.
