NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Finance Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead the financial operations of a manufacturing business. You will oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting, with a focus on cost control and strategic insights to drive growth and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree or recognized professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance management, with significant exposure to manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Manage cost accounting, production costing, inventory valuation, and margin analysis to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures in line with corporate goals.
• Monitor key financial performance indicators, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Lead financial planning for production, procurement, and capital expenditures.
• Coordinate audits, financial reviews, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance skills and performance.
• Support strategic decisions related to manufacturing operations, investment, and cost optimization.
