Job summary

Jobsatdubai is seeking a Finance Manager based in Dubai to oversee and manage financial activities while ensuring compliance with international standards. You will be part of the Finance Middle East team and report to the CFO.

The ideal candidate has 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting, expertise in IFRS, and a degree in Accounting/Finance. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, ideally in a multinational environment or a Big Four firm.
• Expertise in international accounting standards (IFRS).
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage financial and accounting activities ensuring compliance.
• Lead accounting operations for seamless payment processing.
• Maintain financial integrity with accurate financial statements.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and optimize accounting processes.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team for professional growth.
