Job summary

Al-Futtaim in Dubai seeks a Finance Manager in Corporate Division to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. You will partner with divisions to drive data‑driven decisions, cost optimization and value creation.

Responsibilities cover monthly MIS, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, and building automated dashboards, with a focus on continuous improvement of planning and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and professional qualification preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial control and management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Power BI and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for Corporate and GTDP function
• Consolidate divisional inputs
• Complete cost allocations
• Deliver timely monthly MIS and P&F performance reporting
• Conduct variance analysis
• Develop automated self-service dashboards
• Prepare bi-weekly cash flow forecasts
• Analyze key cost drivers and profitability

The Finance Manager in the Corporate Division is responsible for leading Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and acting as a finance business partner. The role encompasses budget preparation, forecasting, management reporting, cost allocations, and generating performance insights. The Finance Manager will partner with various business divisions to enable data-driven decision-making, cost optimization, and value creation.
