Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the Finance Department in Abu Dhabi, driving planning, budgeting and reporting to support strategic decisions. You will oversee cash flow, financial risk and ensure regulatory compliance.

Reporting to ownership, you will partner with senior leadership on investment decisions, manage relationships with banks and auditors, and provide financial leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• MBA/CA/ACCA/CFA/CMA are preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process
• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial risk across the business
• Partner with senior leadership/ownership on strategic and investment decisions
• Ensure full compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
• Manage relationships with banks, external auditors, and financial institutions
• Provide leadership and oversight to the Chief Accountant, Accounts Payable, and Procurement functions
• Drive process improvement, cost optimization, and financial control initiatives
• Present financial performance, risks, and recommendations to leadership and ownership
