Job summary

Intermedia Selection is seeking a Finance Manager for a Dubai-based manufacturing operation. You will lead accounting, financial control and reporting, partnering with senior leaders and the European headquarters to drive robust financial insight.

In this hands-on role, you will manage a team of around 10, report to the General Manager, and oversee finance across the Dubai business, with an annual bonus and family schooling support and return flights as part of the package.

Finance, Accounting & Commercial Controlling Manager| Dubai

Our client is a highly respected international group with over 14,000 employees in 60 countries. Headquartered in Europe, the Group is a global leader in its field, with a strong focus on innovation and long-term growth.

The Group is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance function of its Dubai business, home to an important production facility for the Middle East and African markets. This is a visible, hands-on role in a significant manufacturing operation, with responsibility for a team of around 10 and close contact with senior leaders in Dubai and the European headquarters.

Finance Management

You will lead accounting, financial control and reporting, ensuring robust processes and giving the business clear, timely financial insight. You will report to the General Manager in Dubai and work closely with the Regional CFO.

The right candidate

• Has substantial experience leading finance in a manufacturing environment. This is essential.
• Brings broad expertise across finance management, accounting, control and reporting.
• Has led a team and can work effectively with senior business stakeholders.
• Communicates clearly and builds constructive relationships across cultures, including with colleagues at a European headquarters.
