Job summary

Knightsbridge Group, a Dubai-based consultancy across legal services, real estate and corporate affairs, seeks a Finance Manager to own the finance function end to end and lead the Finance team. This is a hands-on role working with Management on pricing, budgeting and new jurisdictions.

You'll manage Month/Year-end closes under IFRS across multiple entities, UAE VAT & Corporate Tax filings, cash flow planning in AED/USD/EUR/GBP, and the annual budget with department heads, while developing the

Qualifications

• Fully qualified ACCA, CPA or CMA, or with only the final level outstanding.
• 6+ years of progressive finance experience, including 2+ years leading or supervising a team in UAE.
• 2+ years of hands-on UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filing experience.
• Full IFRS financial statements, including multi-entity consolidation.
• Professional-services experience with time-based billing and client money is a strong plus.
• Excellent command of English and the ability to communicate confidently with clients, vendors and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Month-end, quarter-end and year-end close across multiple entities under IFRS, plus a management pack leadership reads.
• UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filings on the FTA portal, and all statutory compliance for the group.
• Client billing, receivables and the overdue-accounts process — including collection agencies where needed.
• Cash flow, a 13-week rolling forecast across AED, USD, EUR and GBP, and the group's banking relationships.
• The annual budget and rolling forecast, built with every head of department.
• The external audit, end to end, for every entity.
• A finance team you lead, coach and develop.

Job description

We're hiring a Finance Manager who's as comfortable in the ledger as in the leadership meeting.

Knightsbridge Group is a legal, immigration, real estate and corporate-services consultancy operating across Dubai, London and Istanbul. We're looking for a Finance Manager to own our finance function end to end - accounting, tax, reporting, cash and controls and to lead the Finance team.

This is a hands-on seat, not a back-office one. You'll run the close and the tax filings, build the budget with every head of department, and work closely with Management on pricing, hiring and new jurisdictions.

What you'll own
