Job summary

Asteco is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Community Management Finance team in Abu Dhabi. You will implement and monitor financial processes, manage ERP systems, and ensure accurate reporting and budgeting for multiple communities.

You will oversee reconciliations, financial statements, and cost control, while liaising with Provis and Aldar Finance Departments to meet corporate policies and regulatory requirements. A strong background in accounting and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting required.
• CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
• Master’s degree and/or professional certificates are a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience with 2+ years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance department activities, including statements, processes, ERP management.
• Monitor budgets for all communities and liaison with audits.
• Review actual vs budget reports; prepare monthly financial statements.
• Design organization structure and control processes for finance operations.
• Lead budgeting, reporting, and cost-control initiatives.
