• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive finance experience; at least 3 years in FP&A or commercial business partnering.
• Experience partnering with operations in a multi-site consumer business such as cinema, leisure, retail, F&B, or hospitality; F&A margin or concessions experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, investment appraisal, and business cases.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with BI tools such as Power BI and multi-country operations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with operations and commercial teams to evaluate site and portfolio performance, lead performance reviews, and provide clear variance analysis and recommended actions.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial consolidation, and annual operating plans across admissions, F&B, other revenues, and operating costs.
• Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting to provide clear insights into key financial and operational business drivers.
• Support financial evaluations and business cases for new cinema openings, refurbishments, capital investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Act as the lead finance partner for F&B/Concessions, managing P&L performance, margins, COGS, wastage, product mix, and other key performance drivers.
• Provide financial analysis and commercial recommendations for F&B pricing, menu changes, promotions, new product launches, and operational initiatives.
• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Pricing, Marketing, country finance teams, and other stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and improve commercial performance.
• Ensure consistent reporting and forecasting across markets while supporting cost optimization, new revenue streams, market expansion, and ad-hoc strategic projects.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Finance Manager – Cinemas Business Partnering acts as a strategic finance partner to Cinemas leadership and operations teams across multiple markets.
