The selected professional will support month‑end closing, cost management, and financial reporting while helping improve compliance and efficient coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost reports, track expenses, and manage supporting documentation for accurate financial reporting
• Assist with month‑end closing activities including payroll entries, accruals, prepayments, and accounting verification
• Support project accounting and asset management by tracking expenses and maintaining the fixed asset register
• Monitor production cash flow accuracy and ensure proper financial documentation across projects
• Review staff travel and expense claims for compliance with internal finance policies
• Maintain financial systems by entering transactions, reviewing records, and generating reports
• Organize financial records and supporting schedules for internal and external audit readiness
• Respond to audit requests by preparing schedules and ensuring policy compliance
• Support internal control processes and help strengthen finance operations across the department
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely submission of financial information and approvals
