Confidential in Dubai seeks a Finance Manager to lead corporate-wide financial stewardship, governance, and performance across the group and its subsidiaries. You will drive consolidation, central accounting, treasury and compliance while partnering with the CEO on strategic financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• CPA, ACCA/FCCA mandatory.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a corporate role overseeing multiple subsidiaries.
• Experience in Engineering Services/Construction/Contracting organisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified finance strategy across subsidiaries aligned with corporate strategy and governance.
• Lead corporate-wide consolidation and reporting with transparent insights for stakeholders.
• Design and govern shared financial services including central accounting, treasury, and compliance functions.
• Act as strategic business partner to the CEO, providing independent financial judgment and counsel.
• Establish and enforce corporate finance policies, DoA, financial controls, and governance frameworks across subsidiaries.
• Implement robust internal controls with audit readiness and risk mitigation.
• Oversee statutory compliance across jurisdictions and maintain standardization.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario planning, and KPI-driven performance management.
• Drive capital allocation decisions and ensure disciplined deployment of cash.
• Provide executive dashboards and insights across subsidiaries and geographies.
• Establish reporting standards and close calendars across subsidiaries.
• Standardize commercial finance practices including pricing governance and contract oversight.
• Support major contract negotiations with financial due diligence and risk assessment.
• Lead investment opportunities evaluation with business cases and financial modelling.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and high-quality financial statements.
