Job summary

ACCA Careers in Abu Dhabi seeks a motivated Finance Intern to support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. This internship is ideal for a recent graduate or final-year student seeking practical experience in a finance environment.

You will assist with data entry, invoicing, filing, reconciliations, and Excel-based reporting; maintain financial records; and support month-end activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or currently pursuing.
• Ideally pursuing ACCA/CA/CPA/CMA or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is desirable.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Help prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and other finance documents.
• Support the Finance team with filing and document management.
• Assist with reconciling invoices and supporting documents.
• Update spreadsheets and maintain financial data in Excel.
• Assist with preparing reports and other administrative tasks.
• Support the team during month-end activities as required.
• Perform general administrative duties and any other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
