• Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, and other finance documents.
• Support filing and document management for the Finance team.
• Reconcile invoices and supporting documents.
• Update spreadsheets and maintain financial data in Excel.
• Assist with preparing reports and other administrative tasks.
• Support month-end activities as required.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Ideally pursuing a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP is desirable.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
