Job summary

Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA is seeking a motivated Finance Intern to gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting operations, suitable for recent graduates or students looking to build a career in finance.

You will assist with processing invoices, receipts, and financial documentation, support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, and help with month-end closing and budgeting tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or final year).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing invoices, receipts, and financial documentation.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
• Help with bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
• Support month-end closing activities.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with budgeting and financial analysis when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance-related matters.
• Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned.
