Accounting Internship (6 months to 1 year) UAE- Dubai

This position will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Your role:

• Assist the accounting team with accounts payable and receivable, financial statement preparation, and general ledger maintenance.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes within the Accounting Department.
• Assist in various month end close procedures.
• Assist in preparing accurate, meaningful reports on an ad hoc basis for management.
• Support the organization while learning about a career in finance.
• Perform other duties and cross training as assigned.

Your expertise:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in finance / accounting or equivalent.
• Prior experience in business environment activities or internships is highly advantageous. Desirable in Finance or Accounting areas.
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• User experience of SAP System is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with relevant stakeholders.
