Job summary

RTX is seeking a summer Finance intern to join our team at the Abu Dhabi Global Market location. The intern will work with FP&A partners and leadership on a range of financial tasks, gaining practical experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is an undergraduate Finance student who can communicate effectively in English and Arabic, maintain a strong GPA, and collaborate across diverse teams. This internship offers mentorship in a multinational defense company.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or related field.
• GPA threshold: 3.0/4.0 or 3.0/5.0.
• Official university letter to be attached with CV.
• Excellent collaboration across diverse organizations and teams.
• Proficient in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Shadow Indirect Rates Manager to understand financial workflows.
• Review historical financial statements and indirect rate structures.
• Suggest and implement automation solutions for manual tasks.
• Assist in updating financial forecasts and cost trend analysis.
• Analyze budget-to-actual variances and provide insights.
• Develop an Excel model to track FP&A metrics.
