Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Specialist, Finance Function Support to coordinate and oversee service cost budgets and related recharges. The role ensures accurate cost accounting, efficient budgeting, and robust financial reporting across the organisation.

Key duties include validating costs to ledgers, supporting HQ recharge budgets, projecting quarterly true-ups, and addressing billing queries from group companies and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
• 10 years of experience in finance with cost accounting, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the development of service cost budgets and recharges.
• Participate in cost accounting and reporting and validate costs to GL accounts.
• Review HQ recharge budget in line with budgeting guidelines and policies.
• Prepare projections of quarterly service fee true-ups and communicate to leadership.
• Respond to billing queries from Group Companies and auditors.
• Assist in reviewing recharge approaches and ensure proper budgeting.
