Jumeirah is seeking a Director - Finance for its Al Naseem property in Dubai. The role leads the Finance and Accounting team, drives budgeting, reporting, and strategic financial planning for a luxury portfolio.

You will engage with owners, asset managers and corporate teams to align financial objectives with business goals. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in luxury hospitality finance, strong UAE market knowledge, and a track record of building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting or professional accreditation provided (ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CMA).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role within 5-star luxury brands.
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC market and regulatory framework.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Establish robust cash management controls, forecast cash flow, and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Lead the Finance and Accounting department, ensuring timely financial reporting and staff development.
• Oversee annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, and financial analyses to minimize variances and maximize ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, asset managers and corporate teams; act as business advisor.
• Coordinate with auditors, address findings, review reports before distribution, and monitor tax compliance.
