Jumeirah Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Manager - Finance to lead financial operations and reporting for the property. The role focuses on banking relationships, compliance with finance directives, insurance management, VAT, and intercompany collaborations to support strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's and a Master's in finance or related fields, with 6–8 years of finance experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial capacity, and will thrive in a luxury

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, including 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Manage banking relationships, credit card arrangements, and payment processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with finance directives.
• Ensure compliance with finance directives, loan agreements, tax regulations, and insurance policies through regular reviews and adherence to payment schedules.
• Manage annual insurance renewals, claim processing, and broker relationships to maintain adequate coverage and minimize risk exposure.
• Address inquiries related to payments, credit cards, insurance, taxes, and banking operations to facilitate smooth financial transactions.
• Collaborate with corporate finance on group projects, debt repayments, and financial planning initiatives to support strategic objectives.
• Monitor and manage intra-group loans, swaps, and other financial instruments, including forecasting and reporting.
• Manage the Group's bank accounts, mandates, and cash management solutions to optimize financial control and efficiency.
• Assist in VAT return completion, monthly reporting, and bookkeeping activities to ensure accurate tax compliance and financial record-keeping.

Education
