Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading contracting company in Dubai, UAE. The role is SAP S/4HANA Finance Implementation & Support, focused on delivering end-to-end projects from the client side, coordinating with partners and internal stakeholders.

You will analyze finance processes, configure FI/CO solutions, support testing, data migration, and post-go-live support, while ensuring user adoption and strong collaboration with Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) modules.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
• Analyse finance requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Finance processes based on business needs.
• Provide functional support during implementation and post-go-live.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to understand business processes.
• Support process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
• Prepare functional documentation and ensure SAP solutions align with business needs.
• Support system testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Assist with finance data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with tech and business teams.
• Conduct user training and provide end-user support.
• Ensure smooth adoption and post-implementation support.
