The ideal candidate has experience in finance or accounting, strong numerical accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Excel/MS Office, and the ability to handle confidential information while keeping orderly records.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, finance, accounting, or finance administration.
• Finance or Accounting background is preferred.
• Understanding of basic financial terminology.
• Strong data entry skills with high numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain financial data, transactions, and records accurately.
• Input invoices, receipts, payments, expenses and other documents.
• Verify data and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.
• Assist with reconciliations and data verification.
• Identify discrepancies and report missing information in records.
• Support preparation of finance reports and spreadsheets.
• Handle confidential financial information with discretion.
