Job summary

Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC in Dubai is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative and data management tasks. You will enter, update, and verify data across company databases and ERP/CRM systems, requiring strong Excel skills, high accuracy, and confidentiality.

UAE experience is an advantage. This full-time role offers medical insurance, paid public holidays, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
• Previous data entry experience preferred.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Basic email and general computer literacy.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, inventory or database systems is a plus.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update information accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Review documents and source information before data entry.
• Verify entered data for accuracy and completeness.
• Correct data errors and report missing or inconsistent information.
• Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.
• Update customer, supplier, product, or employee information as required.
• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and basic reports.
• Scan, print, photocopy, and file documents as needed.
• Coordinate with departments to obtain missing information.
• Follow data security procedures and maintain confidentiality.
