AHS, a forward-thinking luxury real estate company in Dubai, seeks a Finance Data Entry Assistant to enter and maintain financial data, invoices, receipts, payment details, expenses, and other documents across the company systems.

You will verify information for accuracy, maintain organized records, report discrepancies, support finance reports, and handle confidential data with discretion while using Microsoft Excel and MS Office daily.

Qualifications

• Prior data entry or finance administration experience.
• Finance/Accounting background preferred.
• Familiarity with financial terminology.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Accurately enter and maintain financial data, transactions, and records in the company's systems
• Input invoices, receipts, payment details, expenses, and other financial documents
• Verify data and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical financial records
• Identify and report discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies in financial records
• Support the preparation and maintenance of finance-related reports and spreadsheets
• Assist with document filing, tracking, and retrieval
• Handle confidential financial information with discretion
• Perform other finance-related administrative and data entry tasks as assigned
