Job summary

AHS in Dubai seeks a detail-oriented Finance Data Entry professional to support the Finance team with accurate and timely data entry, record maintenance, and administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate has experience in finance or accounting, strong numerical accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Excel/MS Office, and the ability to handle confidential information while keeping orderly records.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance Data Entry professional to support the Finance team with accurate and timely data entry, record maintenance, and administrative finance-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in finance, accounting, or financial administration , with strong attention to detail and a good understanding of financial data and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain financial data, transactions, and records in the company's systems.


• Input invoices, receipts, payment details, expenses, and other financial documents.


• Verify data and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.


• Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical financial records.


• Assist the Finance team with reconciliations and data verification when required.


• Identify and report discrepancies, missing information, or inconsistencies in financial records.


• Support the preparation and maintenance of finance-related reports and spreadsheets.


• Assist with document filing, tracking, and retrieval.


• Handle confidential financial information with discretion.


• Perform other finance-related administrative and data entry tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry, finance, accounting, or finance administration.


• Finance or Accounting background is preferred.


• Good understanding of basic financial terminology.


• Strong data entry, numerical accuracy, and attention to detail.
