Job summary

Expo City Dubai is seeking a Finance Planning Manager to lead the Business Financial Planning unit, delivering budgets, forecasts and long-range plans for revenue streams, with a focus on leasing activities and asset management.

You will partner with Commercial, Leasing, Asset Management, Hospitality and F&B teams to challenge assumptions, consolidate submissions, and provide actionable financial insight and governance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and business partnering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical and commercial evaluation skills, with the ability to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the annual budget, forecasts and long-range planning for assigned revenue streams.
• Develop integrated projections for revenue, operating costs, capex, cash flow and profitability with clear assumptions.
• Maintain planning calendars, templates, models and governance for timely submissions.
• Consolidate submissions, validate assumptions and prepare management analyses for review and approval.
• Oversee leasing revenue projections, occupancy, rent, incentives and escalations in the asset management portfolio.
• Analyze leasing pipeline, renewals and tenant mix to inform financial forecasts.
• Partner with Commercial, Asset Management, Hospitality and F&B teams to monitor budgets and performance.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
• Review business cases for leasing, hospitality and other initiatives and assess returns with appropriate metrics.
• Coordinate month-end accruals, prepayments and forecast updates and deliver dashboards covering key metrics.
