Job summary

Pinnacle DXB is seeking a Finance Automation Program lead to own the automation agenda for P2P, O2C and R2R. You will drive automation opportunities, write BRs and rules, and work hands‑on with AI, Databricks and application engineers to deliver end‑to‑end finance automation on site in Dubai.

The role requires 5–7 years in finance operations or ERP functions, strong knowledge of SAP/Oracle/Dynamics, and a proactive, hands‑on approach to testing, UAT and go‑live support.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in finance operations or ERP functional roles with hands‑on AP, AR, GL and month‑end close

Responsibilities

• Map end‑to‑end finance processes and identify automation opportunities
• Write business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for developers
• Work daily with AI automation, Databricks and application engineers to clarify rules
• Define exception handling, approval flows and control checks for automated processes
• Prepare test cases, run UAT and support go‑live and training
