Job summary

Pinnacle Computer Systems LLC (Pinnacle DXB) is seeking a Technical Specialist to build AI agents and automated workflows for the Finance Automation Program, primarily using Copilot Studio and Power Automate. You will translate finance requirements into production-ready solutions connected to ERP and other business systems, with built-in approvals, audit trails and error handling.

The role requires 4–7 years in automation/integration development, at least 2 years hands-on Power Platform, and

Qualifications

4–7 years in automation / integration development, with at least 2 years hands-on Power Platform
Experience building/ deploying agents in Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents
Strong Power Automate: approvals, error handling, connectors
Dataverse, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 integration
REST APIs and JSON
Has connected automations to an ERP or other business system
Basic Azure knowledge; finance process automation experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Build AI agents in Copilot Studio for finance use cases such as invoice queries, vendor queries and approvals
Build Power Automate cloud flows (and desktop flows where needed)
Connect agents and flows to the ERP, databases, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams and other systems using connectors and REST APIs
Use Azure OpenAI, AI Builder or Document Intelligence for document reading, classification and summarising
Design human-in-the-loop approvals and exception routing
Add error handling, retry logic, logging and audit trails
Manage solutions across dev, test and production environments (ALM); follow security, DLP and data access rules
Support UAT, go-live and production fixes
