Job summary

Shamal Holding seeks an Associate – Finance Automation and Systems Architect to lead automation of financial processes. You will design and build automation, AI solutions, with ERP as the system of record, reducing manual effort and operational overhead across finance and reporting.

You will be hands-on, translating reporting needs into integrated, platform-enabled solutions, while supporting adoption of AI to improve accuracy, efficiency and insight for the finance team of the future.

Qualifications

CA/ACCA/CPA or part-qualified with accounting credentials.
Bachelor degree in Commerce IT Systems Architecture or Finance.
Hands-on ERP systems experience and knowledge.
5+ years in Accounting/Finance IT Systems; Big4 experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and build automation and AI opportunities within finance and reporting, actively reducing manual effort.
Translate financial reporting requirements into platform-enabled solutions with ERP as the system of record.
Ensure automated processes support robust financial controls, reporting, audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
Automate consolidation and monthly reconciliations to reduce manual intervention and errors.
Assist with enhancements, upgrades, testing and change management within finance systems.
