Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai is seeking a Finance Analyst to support daily accounting tasks, data entry for accounts payable and receivable, and month-end financial reporting. You will assist in budgeting, forecasting, costing, pricing discussions, and asset management, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.

Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Support the finance team in reconciling ledgers and ensuring data integrity.

Billing Support

• Issue invoices and submit them to customers through various channels
• Issue customer account statements and handle queries related to invoices.

Conduct basic financial analysis and reporting.

• Assist with Financial reporting on a timely manner in accordance with the month end schedule.
• Analyse financial and non-financial data to extract relevant information.
• Assist with the coordination between the reporting team and budgeting/forecasting functions.
• Assist with ensuring the accuracy of cost centre / profit centre entries from all levels.

Costing and Pricing:

• Assist in creating the right costing and price models for new business, tenders and bids.
• Assist in cost analysis for new business.
• Participate in pricing discussions and contribute insights.

Fixed Asset Management:

• Ensure that assets are allocated to the correct cost centres / profit centres.
• Update asset registers, calculate depreciation, and maintain accurate records.

Forecasts and Budgets:

• Assist to prepare financial forecasts and annual budgets.
• Assist in variance analysis by comparing actual performance to budgeted figures.
• Learn about budgeting processes and contribute to budget presentations.
