Job summary

Ras Al Khaimah Packaging seeks an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting functions. You will manage the overall F&A operations, budgets, forecasts, monthly/quarterly/annual reports, and ensure timely closings.

In addition, you will optimize cash flow, cost control, and financial analysis, while coordinating with auditors and cross-functional teams to improve profitability and implement ERP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting, VAT, and financial regulations.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall Finance & Accounting function.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and banking activities.
• Monitor company expenses, costs, and financial performance.
• Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations for business decisions.
• Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
• Lead and develop the Finance team.
• Support management in cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Participate in ERP implementation, system improvements, and finance process automation.
