EDGE in Abu Dhabi is seeking an End-of-Line Assembler to perform final assembly and end-of-line operations on turbine systems. You will prepare engines for acceptance testing, follow technical drawings, and support test teams with rigging, de-rigging, and post-test tasks.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, experience with torque tools, and adherence to AS9100/ISO standards in a safety-conscious production environment. English literacy is essential.

Formación

• Experience in mechanical assembly, preferably turbomachinery.
• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions in English.
• Familiarity with AS9100/ISO standards and safety protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Perform final assembly and end-of-line operations according to drawings and work instructions.
• Prepare units for acceptance testing and support rigging and de-rigging at the test cell.
• Perform post-test operations: final configuration, preservation, marking, and packing.
• Engage to production schedule and goals.
• Implement quality assemblies ensuring product yield.
• Comply with AS9100.
• Contribute to a safe and lean production process.
• Collaborate with production, test, and quality teams to resolve issues.
