Job summary

EDGE, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks an End-of-Line Assembler to finalize turbine systems, prepare units for testing, and support post-test operations with meticulous attention to detail. You will follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards to ensure optimal performance.

The role requires precision, the ability to handle delicate parts, and collaboration with production, test, and quality teams to meet tight tolerances and safety requirements.

Qualifications

Industry experience.
Mechanical assembly experience; precision or small turbomachinery assembly is an advantage.
Skilled in the use of torque tools and basic measuring instruments.
Able to read technical drawings and work instructions in English.
Knowledge of AS9100 and ISO standards.
FOD awareness and disciplined workmanship.

Responsibilities

Perform final assembly and end-of-line operations according to drawings and work instructions.
Prepare units for acceptance testing and support rigging and de-rigging at the test cell.
Perform post-test operations: final configuration, preservation, marking, and packing.
Engage to production schedule and goals.
Comply with AS9100.
Contribute to a safe and lean production process.
Collaborate with production, test, and quality teams to resolve issues.
