Job summary

ECS ME LLC in Dubai is seeking an IT Operations Specialist with Finacle expertise to ensure the stability and optimal performance of Finacle 11x and related applications. You will handle production support, proactive monitoring, incident analysis, RCA, and SLA-driven resolutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced banking tech environment.

The ideal candidate has strong Oracle SQL/PL SQL skills, Unix/Linux proficiency, and ITIL knowledge.

Qualifications

Finacle experience: minimum 3 years with Finacle 10x or higher versions.
Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux commands.
Proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, incident analysis, and RCA for application-related issues.
Experience in ensuring production issue resolution within SLA timelines.
Workflow maintenance and configuration.
Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, problem and change management.

Responsibilities

Ensure application stability and operational support for Finacle systems.
Deliver service in compliance with SLAs for incidents and service requests.
Proactively monitor and troubleshoot production systems to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate and timely resolution of production issues and perform RCA for long-term fixes.
Collaborate with managers and team members to maintain system availability and reliability.
