Job summary

SIG is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Dubai to ensure the functional efficiency of filling line equipment at customer sites. You will perform inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, and on-site troubleshooting while aligning with production plans and customer expectations.

• 5–8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
• Prepare technical reports and log customer complaints for forwarding to the responsible department.
• Assist customer staff with technical problems.
• Order spare parts as required with customer approval.
• Install modifications when required.
• Lead site personnel when required.
• Install filling line components as required.
