Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies UAE is seeking a Field Service Engineer to be the primary on-site service provider for major accounts in the Dubai region. You will conduct chemical testing, operate dosing systems, and troubleshoot water treatment and process units, ensuring contract compliance and customer satisfaction.

The role reports to the District Manager and requires 4–7 years in process and water treatment chemicals in oil and gas, a BSc in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, fluent English,

Qualifications

• BSc in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• 4–7 years of experience in Process & Water Treatment Chemicals in the oil & gas industry.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in data processing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site chemical testing and follow-up on dosing programs.
• Perform first-line troubleshooting for cooling, boiler, water treatment and process units.
• Execute site surveys, start-up and commissioning of dosing systems.
• Diagnose on-site issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
• Generate customer reports and monitor chemical injection rates.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and Veolia site representatives.
• Travel to customer sites and support Field Service activities.
