Job summary

Sperton in United Arab Emirates is hiring a Production Supervisor to manage daily Filling and Packaging activities. You will monitor semi- and fully automatic filling machines and supervise operators, allocating manpower as needed.

You must ensure SOP, GMP, ISO, 5S and safety compliance, conduct quality checks and coordinate with QA/QC. Willingness to work in shifts including nights and weekends, with SAP/ERP knowledge considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with filling, capping & labeling machines.
• Good team supervision & communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts including nights/weekends.
• SAP/ERP knowledge will be an advantage.
