Job summary

A M GLOBAL ON DEMAND LABORS SUPPLY is seeking a Land Surveyor in the UAE to conduct topographic surveys for mapping and project planning. You will use Total Station, GPS and levelling instruments to measure coordinates, distances and elevations, and prepare maps, reports and site documentation.

The role requires 5+ years UAE experience, a valid visa, and immediate availability. Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS is essential, with candidates expected to arrange accommodation and transportation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years UAE experience as a Land Surveyor
• Own visa candidates only
• Sponsor OTP mandatory
• Candidate must arrange own accommodation and transportation
• Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics or related field
• Strong experience with Total Station, GPS and levelling instruments
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and GIS
• Ability to read technical drawings, maps and coordinates
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Must be currently available in the UAE

Responsibilities

• Conduct land topographic and area surveys for mapping and project planning
• Carry out land and tidal surveys including beach site survey activities where required
• Measure distances elevations angles coordinates and boundaries
• Operate Total Station GPS and levelling instruments
• Prepare accurate maps plans survey reports and site documentation
• Use AutoCAD GIS and survey data-processing software
• Establish reference points and verify site coordinates
• Identify discrepancies in survey site data and report findings
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure accurate field measurements
• Take site photographs videos as required for project reporting
