Job summary

Parker Connect is seeking a field service engineer to troubleshoot and resolve issues for mining equipment in the Abu Dhabi region. You will prepare failure reports, communicate resolutions to headquarters, and visit customers as needed to promote spare parts and service solutions.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical engineering knowledge, fluency in English, and willingness to travel, with Arabic being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of mining applications and equipment.
• Knowledge of earth-moving, construction and mining equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues in the assigned territory and coordinate with customers.
• Prepare failure information reports.
• Communicate resolution to headquarters.
• Conduct customer visits as needed.
• Promote spare parts and service sales solutions.
• Support machine sales on new launches and tender documents.
• Serve as technical expert and single point of contact for products.
• Gather customer requirements for future product development.
• Process warranty claims in territory.
• Provide training.
