Job summary

HMH is seeking a Service Engineer, Electrical in Abu Dhabi to provide on-site and field support for oil drilling equipment. The role covers installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairs of Lifecycle Services equipment in land and offshore environments.

You will read electrical schematics, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and ensure HSSE compliance while delivering reliable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and control system drawings.
• Troubleshoot and repair oil drilling equipment in field or shop environments.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; able to work in extreme conditions.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control system drawings and general electrical layouts.
• Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and repair services in shop or field on Lifecycle Services equipment.
• Coordinate with Operations/DLS Manager and site teams for parts, materials and support.
• Prepare inspection reports, timesheets and expense reports; document all actions taken.
• Promote HSSE policies and ensure safe, professional field execution.
