Job summary
Raven Consulting in the UAE seeks an experienced Territory Manager Field Sales to lead and motivate the field sales team, drive growth, and meet territory targets across the UAE. You will plan and execute field sales strategies, monitor KPIs, conduct regular field visits, and coach sales executives to improve productivity.
The role requires 23 years of UAE sales experience, team leadership, a valid UAE driving license, and willingness to travel; telecom experience is a plus; salary 4,500–5,000
Qualifications
- 23 years of UAE experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Previous Team Leader / Sales Supervisor experience is mandatory.
- Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Field Sales / D2D Sales experience is highly preferred.
- Telecom sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead supervise and motivate the field sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Plan and execute effective field sales strategies within the assigned territory.
- Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and provide hands-on support to the sales team.
- Train coach and develop sales executives to improve productivity and performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer reach within the territory.
