Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive new customer acquisition for our financial services and remittance products in the UAE. You will visit worker accommodations and corporate sites to assist customers with applications, transfers and mobile recharges, building trust and delivering value on every interaction.

You will identify prospects, manage a robust pipeline, exceed monthly and quarterly targets, and coordinate with Operations and Support teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales and new customer acquisition in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Visit worker accommodations and corporate job sites to assist customers with personal finance applications, international money transfers and mobile recharges.
• Identify, prospect and acquire new customers for remittance and personal finance products, including money transfers, bill payments, digital wallets and micro-lending.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly customer acquisition and revenue targets.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads through field visits, referrals, community outreach and digital channels.
• Educate customers on the features, pricing and benefits of remittance and financial services.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions and customer information in the CRM system.
• Gather customer and market feedback and share insights with the Product and Marketing teams.
• Explain exchange rates, fees and product benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support and Technical Support teams to resolve customer queries and complaints.
