Job summary

Segula Technologies in Dubai is seeking a Sales Executive to achieve sales targets by developing new business and managing relationships within the Car Care & Workshop Consumables segment. The role emphasizes field sales execution, customer acquisition, and day-to-day account management across the assigned territory.

Travel will be required 70-90% of the time. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of sales experience in the car care or automotive aftermarket sector and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, mechanical engineering or related field
• 3 to 7 years experience in sales within car care products, workshop consumables, automotive aftermarket or related industry
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through active prospecting of workshops, garages, fleets and retailers.
• Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize sales volume and repeat business.
• Promote and sell car care products and workshop consumables in line with company strategy.
• Conduct regular market visits, product demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Execute pricing promotions and sales initiatives as directed by management.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors' pricing trends and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely order processing, coordination with supply chain and follow-up on deliveries.
• Support collections by coordinating with customers and internal finance teams.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts and CRM updates.
• Experience in sales within car care products, workshop consumables, automotive aftermarket or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of workshop operations and consumables usage.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable with field sales activities.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
