Job summary

McDermott International, Ltd. seeks a Pipeline FJC Supervisor to plan, coordinate and supervise field joint coating activities across offshore/onshore pipeline construction.

You will ensure coating integrity through surface prep, coating, curing and inspection in line with project specifications and international standards. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, interface with Marine, Quality, Welding and Equipment leads, manage consumables and spares, and drive readiness and KPI reporting to

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• FROSIO/NACE Level II certification, Level III preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years in pipeline coating operations with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise FJC coating activities at firing line/onsite construction stations.
• Coordinate with Marine, QC, and Welding leads to ensure readiness for production coating.
• Review planned FJC cycle time and guide personnel to resolve issues.
• Maintain records of FJC coating operations, equipment, downtimes, and KPI reports.
• Ensure MDR safety and quality procedures compliance throughout all stages.
