Job summary

Charge&Go is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support end-to-end deployment of EV charging infrastructure in the UAE. The role involves field surveys, coordination for site feasibility, NOC approvals, and on-site construction oversight, bridging engineering, project delivery, and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with power systems for EV chargers, and familiarity with UAE regulatory processes.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on experience in power systems and EV charger infrastructure projects.
Field/site experience conducting feasibility and technical surveys.
Exposure to NOC and municipal/authority approval processes (UAE preferred).

Responsibilities

Technical Site Surveys — Conduct feasibility assessments for EV charger installation sites, evaluating power capacity and design.
Site Acquisition Support — Assist in evaluating and securing deployment sites.
Stakeholder Coordination — Interface with site owners, landlords, governments, and OEMs.
Documentation & Approvals — Prepare and manage NOC applications and site permissions.
Construction Monitoring — Oversee civil and electrical works on-site and track progress.
Project Delivery — Finalize site acquisition and construction milestones for handover.
Supplier & Contractor Management — Interface with subcontractors and verify BoQs and JCC.
Site Acceptance — Conduct site acceptance inspections for infrastructure work.
Reporting — Prepare daily progress reports and technical documentation.
Client Engagement — Deliver product demonstrations and training to clients.
