This role leads day-to-day site operations for EV charging infrastructure projects in the UAE, supervising technical teams and coordinating materials to ensure smooth execution. The candidate must have prior UAE team management experience and be fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities include coordinating manpower, tools, and material deliveries, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion while maintaining compliance with ADDC and local regulations in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years electrical project experience, including 2-3 years of direct team supervision in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of ADDC and local regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily on-site activities for EV charger and electrical infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate manpower, tools, and material delivery for uninterrupted execution.
• Ensure compliance with ADDC and local regulatory standards in Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct site visits and supervise installation works for safety and quality assurance.
• Manage and guide teams of technicians, electricians, and subcontractors.
• Report progress and any delays or issues to the management team.
