Job summary

Charge&Go in the UAE is seeking a hands-on Roll-out Engineer to lead the deployment of EV charging infrastructure from concept to go-live. You will join the Project Management team and report to the Director, ensuring operations run smoothly on site.

The role requires 3–5 years in power systems, proficiency with AutoCAD/ETAP, and the ability to coordinate with site owners, authorities, and OEMs to deliver reliable charging solutions.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Electrical Engineering & Technology is a must.
• EV & Mobility degree is desirable.
• 3–5 years in power systems and EV charger infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/ETAP or similar design software desirable.
• Experience with solar/energy storage integration with EV chargers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical site surveys assessing power capacity, civil infrastructure, cable routing, and authority approval requirements.
• Support site acquisition by collaborating with the Account Management team.
• Coordinate with site owners, landlords, developers, government bodies, and authorities.
• Prepare and manage NOC and site permission documentation.
• Monitor civil and electrical construction works, tracking progress through to final handover.
• Interface with customers, OEMs, and subcontractors to ensure seamless EV charger implementation.
• Validate supplier as-built BoQs and Job Completion Certificates (JCC).
• Conduct site acceptance inspections and deliver product demonstrations to clients.

What You'll Do
