We're building the backbone of sustainable mobility — and we're looking for a hands-on Roll-out Engineer to join our growing team.
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to support the end-to-end deployment of EV charging infrastructure across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site feasibility assessments, electrical and civil infrastructure coordination, NOC and authority approvals, and stakeholder management. This is a field-intensive role that bridges engineering, project delivery, and client engagement.
Technical Site Surveys — Conduct feasibility assessments for EV charger installation sites, evaluating available power capacity, power system design, civil infrastructure readiness, cable routing, parking and user access, and authority approval requirements.
Site Acquisition Support — Assist the Account Management team in evaluating and securing sites for EV charger deployment.
Stakeholder Coordination — Interface with site owners, landlords, developers, government bodies, municipal authorities, and OEMs to ensure smooth project execution.
Documentation & Approvals — Prepare and manage NOC (No Objection Certificate) applications and other site permission documents in compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.
Construction Monitoring — Oversee civil and electrical works on-site, tracking progress against project timelines and quality standards.
Project Delivery — Finalize site acquisition, construction milestones, and ensure timely handover of completed projects.
Supplier & Contractor Management — Interface with subcontractors and OEMs; validate supplier as-built BoQs (Bill of Quantities) and Job Completion Certificates (JCC).
Site Acceptance — Conduct formal site acceptance inspections for all infrastructure work completed by contractors.
Reporting — Prepare daily progress reports, presentations, and technical documentation for internal and client-facing use.
Client Engagement — Deliver product demonstrations, training, and presentations to help clients understand Charge&Go's EV charging solutions.
Degree or certification in EV and Mobility
3–5 years of hands-on experience in power systems and EV charger infrastructure projects
Field/site experience conducting feasibility and technical surveys
Exposure to NOC and municipal/authority approval processes (UAE preferred)
Proficiency in electrical design software: AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar
Strong technical knowledge of EV Charging Systems (EVCS)
Familiarity with renewable energy systems (solar, battery energy storage) and their integration with EV chargers
Experience with power distribution design, load calculations, and electrical infrastructure documentation
