Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY in United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi invites BE/BTech engineers (Civil/Mechanical/E&I) for open-site construction roles. You will assist in detailed drawings and calculations, conduct site inspections, and support senior engineers in analysis and solutions.

2–2.5 years of open-site construction experience is required; ADNOC-approved candidates with >2.5 years and age 28+ will be considered. Fluent English is mandatory; Hindi is preferred.

Qualifications

• BE / BTech in Civil/Mechanical/E&I Engineering.
• Diploma holders are not acceptable.
• Provisional certificates are not acceptable.
• Candidate with a minimum of 2 to 2.5 years open-site construction experience.
• ADNOC-approved candidates can be considered with more than 2.5 years of experience and an age of 28 or above.
• Fluent in English speaking is a must and Hindi communication is preferred.
• Age limit must be between 24-28 years maximum.
• Preference given to those with Oil & Gas EPC experience previously (not mandatory).
• Must be willing to work on open sites.
• Aggressive to build a long-term career in Oil & Gas, EPC Pipeline Industry.
• Freshers are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of detailed engineering drawings and calculations for civil projects ensuring adherence to design specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather data, assess existing conditions and monitor construction progress.
• Support senior engineers in the analysis of technical data and the development of solutions for project challenges.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks contributing to project milestones.
